Voluntary Registration
I confirm that I am joining Rizing Movers as a customer/distributor voluntarily and without any force, pressure, or promise of guaranteed income.
No Joining Fee
I understand that Rizing Movers does not charge any registration or joining fee. Any payment made is only for purchasing products or services.
Product Purchase
I understand that product purchases are optional and not mandatory for becoming a member.
No Earning Guarantee
I acknowledge that Rizing Movers does not guarantee any income, and all earnings depend on my personal efforts and business performance.
Refund & Return Policy
I am aware that the company has a transparent refund/return policy as per government guidelines and I will follow the process in case of disputes.
No Pyramid Scheme
I understand that Rizing Movers operates as a legal direct selling company, not a pyramid scheme. Income is based only on product sale commissions and not recruitment.
Training and Compliance
I will attend company training (online/offline) and follow ethical selling practices. I will not make false claims or mislead others about products or income.
KYC and Age Limit
I confirm that I am 18 years or older, and I will submit valid KYC documents (ID & address proof) as required.
Termination of Membership
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate my membership if I am found violating rules, spreading misinformation, or harming company reputation.
Dispute Resolution
I agree that in case of any dispute, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Hoshiarpur, Punjab as per Indian law.
